International Water Waste Infrastructure

The TIA Abwassertechnik GmbH, a specialist in industrial wastewater treatment, water treatment and reuse systems, will be exhibiting at IWWI – Industrial Wastewater & Water Infrastructure Exhibition in Cairo from 23 to 25 November 2025. Together with Juhayna Food Industriesone of the largest companies in the Egyptian food and beverage industry, TIA will present modern technologies for industrial wastewater processes, recycling and sustainable water management.

Industrial wastewater technology for food and beverage production

Juhayna exports to 62 countries and relies on resource-saving, environmentally friendly production in all its plants. A key component of this is the energy-efficient treatment of industrial wastewater.

TIA hat für Juhayna bereits zwei Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs) realisiert, eine dritte Anlage befindet sich im Bau.

The plants combine:

• multi-stage pre-treatment,

• modular reuse technologies for water recycling.

This significantly reduces fresh water consumption – a key factor for businesses in water-limited regions.
